A diferencia de otras pr\u00e1cticas de meditaci\u00f3n, tu mente no se centra en un mantra, un objeto o escanear tu cuerpo. En contraste con las gu\u00edas audiovisuales de meditaci\u00f3n, una vez que aprendas autorreflexi\u00f3n, no necesitar\u00e1 soporte audiovisual.
