MINDFUL FRAMING section

In mindful framing you will use your mind’s eye to imagine five scenes, usually played in sequence, or independently during the training period. In contrast to other meditation practices, your mind is not focused on a mantra, an object or scanning your body. In contrast to guided meditation, once mindful framing is learned, it does not require audiovisual support. Once memorized, it is free forever!

The objective of some meditation practices is to calm the mind through concentration or observation. For example, in mindfulness meditation, the practitioner pursues objective awareness as a means to dissociate from thoughts and potentially achieve relaxation and stress relief.  In contrast, mindful framing is a daily self-reflection practice to change your frame of mind around your personal preferences about nature, your emotions, and organism, the NEO Chi lifestyle.

You will recognize and transform, not avoid, the triggers of our anxiety.
